Yes, we offer the service of preparing the Physical Feasibility Report, which consists of the following activities:

Below is a list of what’s required to prepare budgets for the various services provided by SH.

1. Architectural Design

a. Complete the FORM to schedule the initial meeting between the SH team and the client, available by clicking the button below;

b. Initial meeting with the client (in-person or online);

c. Development of the project brief (detailing all required spaces in the facility along with their minimum areas as defined by health regulations, including circulation areas, walls, parking areas, etc.);

d. Definition of the approximate total construction area (new construction, renovations, and/or expansions);

e. Estimate of the approximate construction cost.

Once the approximate construction cost and project feasibility (compliance with the project brief) are established, we will be able to provide a service quote, as our fees are based on a percentage of the estimated construction cost.

2. Engineering Design

To provide a preliminary estimate for engineering design services, we require only the project brief and the estimated construction cost.

A formal quote for this service will require the architectural plans.

Please note: engineering designs will be developed by our experienced partner firms, specializing in healthcare facilities.

3. Construction Execution

a. Architectural plans;

b. Engineering plans;

c. Detailed construction budget and physical-financial schedule;

d. Legal approvals for the plans.

With this information, we can prepare a detailed construction proposal and begin the process of obtaining the building permit from the local authorities.

4. Project Management for Imaging and Diagnostic Equipment Installation
